To create a soft light, Luminette Sheers combines a sheer fabric with vertical vanes attached to the back of the shade. These vanes can rotate up to 180°, giving you complete control over light and privacy whenever you want it. These shades are perfect for a variety of rooms but are ideal for larger windows and sliding glass doors. Sheer fabrics diffuse harsh exterior light, spreading it evenly throughout your room, so you can maximize daylight hours and reduce your need for lamps. Luminettes are ideal for living rooms and bedrooms where total darkness isn’t required. They can also be used for patio doors and other wide spaces.
KEY FEATURES OF LUMINETTE PRIVACY SHEERS
Luminette Sheers are available in a wide variety of fabrics, textures and colours. The fabric can be cut to original specifications so you can coordinate textures and colour to create decorative accents like pillows and duvets to match any style.
The fabric vanes are available in both translucent and room-darkening. When shut, the translucent vane creates a slight glow, preventing UV fading and can give you more privacy than other types of sheers. Luminette Privacy Sheers can also be used for larger windows and doors, reaching up to 192 inches to protect furniture from fading.
Luminette Sheers can be configured to be a split stack, left or right stack or tilt for narrow windows. There is also a choice of operating systems. The Combination Wand or Cord combines the tilt and traverse functions into one control, making opening, closing, and rotating the vanes quick and easy. The Traveling Wand is a simple solution for easy, one-handed access. The operator just has to push or pull the want to traverse the product and twist to rotate the vanes. Lastly, there is a state-of-the-art battery-powered system that offers convenience with the touch of a button.
